By placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise engaging StarterSiteHub's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Website Development Policy, Renewal Policy, and Refund Policy.
We offer website design and development packages (Starter Website, Multi-Page Website), optional add-ons, an Annual/Multi-Year Renewal Plan, a Maintenance Plan, and a Source Code Buyout option (available only as an add-on to an existing website package), as described on our website.
100% of the package amount is collected upfront before development begins, as detailed in our Website Development Policy. We accept UPI, Netbanking, Debit Card, and Credit Card payments, and issue a GST invoice for every payment.
Standard delivery is 7 working days from the point both your business details and payment are complete. Express Delivery (3 business days) is available as a paid add-on.
Every package includes one free round of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at ₹500/hour, based on the scope of the request.
StarterSiteHub websites are delivered as a hosted solution. The source code, templates, and development framework used to build your website remain the intellectual property of StarterSiteHub, unless a separate Source Code Buyout agreement is purchased. The Source Code Buyout is available only as an add-on to an existing Starter or Multi-Page Website package, and is not sold on its own. Every website design is unique and is not reused for any other client.
Domain, hosting, and SSL are included for the first year with every package. Renewal thereafter is governed by our Renewal Policy. Domain registration details are covered under our Website Development Policy.
You agree to provide accurate business information, content, and any images/logos required for your website in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may affect delivery timelines.
StarterSiteHub shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services or your website, including loss of business, revenue, or data.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who violates these terms, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to make required payments.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
