Refund Policy

No Refunds

StarterSiteHub does not offer refunds on any website package, add-on, or plan once payment has been made and work has commenced. This is because:

• Every website is custom-designed and developed specifically for your business — it is not a pre-made template that can be resold to another client.
• As part of the development process, a domain is purchased in your name, which is a real, non-recoverable cost incurred immediately on our end.

Because of this, all payments made to StarterSiteHub are final and non-refundable, regardless of the stage of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing at our sole discretion.

Cancellations

Once payment is made and a project has begun, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you have concerns about your project at any stage, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to address them.
