Every Starter Website and Multi-Page Website package includes domain registration, hosting, and an SSL certificate free for the first year from the date of delivery. Our hosting infrastructure runs an active malware scanner, so your website is protected from day one.
From the second year onward, continued domain, hosting, SSL, and upkeep — including ongoing malware scanning and security monitoring — are covered under our Renewal Plan (or the Maintenance Plan, if chosen), billed annually or via our discounted multi-year (2-year / 3-year) options. Renewal is not automatic — you will be contacted ahead of your renewal date.
We reserve the right to revise renewal, add-on, and plan pricing at any time, at our sole discretion, based on changes to our own operating costs — including but not limited to domain registrar fees, hosting costs, and third-party service charges. Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients in advance of any pricing changes affecting an upcoming renewal.
Your website is built and hosted on our infrastructure and is not transferable to another host. If your plan is not renewed, your website will go offline and you will lose access to it, since hosting and domain services tied to your site will lapse.
